InSight Counseling, LCSW, PLLC is a small private practice comprised of exceptional, seasoned therapists who are committed to helping our clients thrive in all areas of their lives. Our office is located in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY, and we offer both in-person and virtual sessions to meet clients' needs and preferences. Our number one goal is to support our clients in developing the skills and resilience needed to navigate and overcome life's inevitable challenges. We specialize in using a relational approach to treatment while also integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT), solution-focused therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness-based interventions (MBSR). Incorporating our client's personal strengths and interests into our sessions is also a priority.
